What is Communication?

• The word ‘Communication’ comes from the Latin word commūnicāre, meaning ‘to share’.
• Communication is the ‘sharing’ of information between two or more individuals or within a group to reach a common understanding.
• Communication is a medium of sharing informations, feelings, emotions, thoughts etc. between two or more individuals.
• Exchange of information by signs and signals, speaking, writing or using some other medium and means is called Communication.
