Self Motivation
Self-motivation is the inner force that pushes us to achieve our goals, feel happy and improve our quality of life.
Here are some examples of self-motivation.
- Simran gets up at 5 a.m. and goes for her dance classes. Then she comes home and finishes her hoemwork before going to school. She does this all by herself.
Types of Self Motivation
- Internal Motivation: (For own Love and Happiness) When we motivate ourself to make us happy, healthy
and feel good, then this is known as Internal Motivation.
For example when you perform on any function and you like or feel good to practice hard to learn something new, such as dancing, singing, etc. - External Motivation: (For Rewards) When we motivate ourself to earn rewards, fame, respect, appreciation etc. without the matter of our happiness, then this is known as External Motivation.
For example Ravi works hard to won the first prize in the Compitition.
